Google Play Store Compliance Core Commitment: Keeptly compiles strictly with Google Play Developer policies, including Data Safety instructions. You retain absolute ownership over all content (property/vehicle logs, scheduled tasks, and uploaded files) and have a permanent right to request full account and data deletion instantly.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver a comprehensive property and vehicle maintenance tracking experience, we collect the following categories of information:
- Account Profile Information: If you register or authenticate using Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, displayName, unique userId, and profile photo URL.
- Asset & Maintenance Records: Physical data regarding your properties (addresses, custom notes, historical receipts, and expenses) and vehicles (make, model, license plates, fuel logs, maintenance logs, and warranties).
- Device Permissions:
- Notifications: Requested to send push alerts and calendar events for upcoming maintenance tasks.
- Bluetooth: Used occasionally for local device scanning or pairing with physical smart vehicle sensors if explicitly chosen.
- Visual Receipts & Files: Image attachments uploaded for AI-assisted parsing. These are parsed securely server-side using Gemini API.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to maintain the quality, features, and security of our services:
- To render custom personalized dashboards for property and vehicle status tracking.
- To estimate maintenance budgets and visual finance graphs based on tax and local rules from your designated country preferences.
- To parse uploaded receipt invoices using Gemini AI to automatically generate categorized expense records.
- To sync scheduled maintenance logs to your Google Calendar at your instruction.
- To send device notifications so you never miss critical vehicle inspections or home safety services.
3. Data Processing and Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data under any circumstances. We trust leading third-party cloud infrastructures to handle specific core system services securely:
- Google Firebase Suite (Auth & Firestore): Authenticates profiles, registers sessions, and securely saves configuration data under multi-layered security rules.
- Stripe Payment Gateway: Conducts subscription transactions securely. Keeptly never receives, manages, or stores any debit, credit card, or bank account metrics.
- Google Gemini API: Processes your uploaded invoice text and images server-side under full transit encryption to generate smart receipts with no visual logs saved for training datasets.
4. Data Deletion, Retention & Deletion Rights
We keep your personal information only as long as your account remains active. You maintain total rights to erase some or all of your records:
- Partial Deletion: You can edit or delete columns, property, or vehicle data blocks individually from the app.
- Permanent Account Deletion (Play Store Standard): You can delete your profile, subscription rules, and history directly in the application under Settings > Account Deletion & Data Safety, or place an automated request by sending an email with your user profile details to our Data Safety desk.
Immediate Purge Policy: Clicking "Delete My Account" permanently deletes all assets, records, schedules, and active configurations from Firebase Firestore database immediately. Your authentication record is scrubbed from Google registers instantly. This operation is immediate and irreversible.
5. Security of Your Data
Keeptly employs multi-layered Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption, secure backchannel requests for secret variables, and detailed offline database isolation layers (True IndexedDB local synchronization) to protect user records against malicious breaches, hacks, or leakage.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may modify this policy from time to time. If we introduce changes, we will update the "Last Updated" stamp on this page and notify active PWA terminal installations of the revision.
